Babes N' Bells is a full body strength and conditioning class designed for ALL fitness levels. During classes, we focus on proper technique and progressive overload to burn body fat while simultaneously building muscle. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting your fitness journey, Babes N' Bells is a space to challenge yourself and build strength, while enjoying the process. Join us to lift, laugh, and get stronger together. At Babes N' Bells there is no intimidation, just motivation!

Join our complete beginner level cardio class and learn how to step like a solider! Follow the lead of Coach Zipporah to various cardio callouts while jamming to your favorite songs! All movements are broken down during class for proper performance and calorie burn. Forget the treadmill, and start stepping!
